crossfit WOD

"Workout of the Day"

Constantly varied, functional movements, at high intensity.  This workout can be modified to each members abilities and goals.

Fundamentals AND Mobility

Best for those new to CrossFit 

This class is for our Newcomers and experienced CrossFit athletes, to help with CrossFit techniques and proper movement.  

Olympic Lifting

This class is a barbell class, with a focus on the technique of Olympic Lifting- Clean and jerk, snatch, etc.

Strongman-strongwoman

This class is a fun workout involving sandbags, yoke carry, sleds, etc.

Open Gym

This is available to all who want to do their own workouts.
